Anglophile Alert: Free Trip to England Contest

Through some of the news alerts I have set up, I caught wind of the latest contest to win a free trip to England.

To commemorate the upcoming movie “The Duchess” starring Keira Knightly and Ralph Fiennes, Paramount has partnered with Visit Britain and Borders for a sweepstakes for a free trip to England.

What does the trip include? Free round trip economy airfare to London, 4 nights hotel accommodation in the East Midlands, where the movie was filmed. The winner will get a tour of Chatsworth House, also a place the movie was filmed at. You’ll also get English tea-time for two along with 2 spa treatments.

Sounds like an awesome deal. The trip is valued at $5000! The contest is open to Americans and Canadians (no Quebec though).

Click here to enter the Duchess for a Day Giveaway Free Trip to England Contest. You have until September 30th to enter, so get on over there and enter.

I’ve embedded the trailer below in case you’re interested in seeing that the movie is all about. Looks pretty cool to me. Doesn’t take much to get me to see a British Costume Movie.
