Anglophile Alerts: Win a Trip to London to Have Tea with Susan Boyle

This is by far one of the stranger trip to London contests I’ve come across. Amazon.com is currently running a sweeptakes to win a trip to London to have afternoon tea with singing sensation Susan Boyle.

Here are the prize details:

- Two (2) round trip airline tickets (economy coach class) from the international airport closest to the winner’s hometown to a London, UK-area airport (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and
- Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodation (standard, one room, double occupancy) in London, UK;
- The opportunity for the winner and his or her guest to have afternoon tea with Susan Boyle, at a to-be-determined location in London, UK on January 29, 2010 (“Afternoon Tea”); and
- Ground transportation to and from winner’s hotel to afternoon tea location.
