I had the pleasure of appearing by phone on the morning show in Coventry & Warwickshire hosted by Malcolm Boyden on the BBC.
I had a chance to talk about Anglotopia, my love for Britain and at the end they gave me a fun little quiz on my British knowledge (which was perhaps a bit too easy).
It was a lot of fun and worth getting up at 3am for.
Listen to it below. Please forgive the audio quality at the end of the recording – the program I used to capture the audio is temperamental.

Anglotopia was founded by Jonathan and Jackie Thomas for people who love Britain - whether it's British TV, Culture, History or Travel - we cover it all. Anglotopia was started to get us back to the UK for a trip and it did that in 2009. Now, the goal is for Anglotopia to make our dreams of traveling to the UK whenever we want a reality.
That was a really fun and funny interview. You did very well for 3:00 a.m! The host was a crack-up!
Jolly good Jonathan! You did better than I did and I am a Brit….I got Coventry wrong. I have never needed to know where it is except as a schoolgirl we used to ‘send our friends to Coventry’ which, as you know, means “give them the silent treatment i.e. not talk to them”. Schoolgirls are like that are they not? There is always one friend who is on the outs for a period of time.
You are so clever. You even know about football! Be sure that Malcolm takes you on a tour of all the ruins in Coventry. The newly discovered Cathedral is really something to see. I’m a Coventry Kid and am really happy you are telling people about Coventry. It really is a gem of a place. Enjoy your trip!
