Prince William and the CEO of the Centrepoint Homeless Charity

This has got to be the strangest Royal News we’ve ever reported on. Prince William – the future King of England – slept rough on the street last night to raise awareness for the homeless.

From the Telegraph today:

Prince William has spent the night sleeping rough in freezing temperatures to raise awareness of the plight of homeless young people.

The 27-year-old future King, armed with a sleeping bag and cardboard boxes, bedded down for the night in an alleyway next to some wheelie bins by London’s Blackfriars bridge.

The Sleep Out marked the 40th anniversary of Centrepoint, the homeless charity, of which Prince William is patron.

Well, I hope it’s a success and the charity is able to get more help for this noble cause!
