I got an interesting tweet from @petermeza yesterday asking me where he could pick up recent editions of Time Out London – the venerable London events guide. Generally, I know of most of the places you can find these things and jotted off some suggestions for him.
Well, he got back to me later in the day to let me know that he called all my suggestions and NO ONE in the USA is carrying Time Out London anymore. The distributor stopped distributing them in the USA for some inexplicable reason.
This is very sad and Time Out London can be very useful in planning a trip to London or just seeing what’s going on. Heck it’s worth it just for the great articles!
But if you’re in the USA, you still have an option. You can order it direct from the UK here. You’ll pay a little more with exchange rates and with shipping but at least you’re still able to pick up a copy.

I am disappointed that they won’t be available in the US anymore. I love that guide. That being said, I went to my local Borders today & saw they had the Spring/Summer copies available. If anyone wants/needs one, let me know and we can work something out.

I looked at subscription page, but it specifically says UK addresses and UK payment only.
I did subscribe to the Time Out email newsletter in hopes that it will help me plan our October trip.

I did not find anything on the link you provided that enabled me to subscribe to Time Out London in the US. Which I really want to get — terrible that the distributor has stopped. I rely on it to prepare for my frequent trips over there. Can you send me any other links that would enable this? I have also just sent an email to the Time Out subscription people.
