Anglotopia Trip Giveaway Contest Terms and Conditions

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Anglotopia Free Trip Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00 am Central Time on April 4th, 2011 and ends at Midnight Central Time on July 4th, 2011 (the “Entry Period”). Sweepstakes is open to all eligible entrants who follow the entry procedures set forth below.

2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Anglotopia, LLC.

3. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who possess a valid United States Passport with an expiration date after December 31, 2011 (each an “Entrant”). Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and jurisdictions (including overseas military installations), and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, trustees and agents, and members of their households, whether or not related, and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) of Anglotopia, LLC, VisitBritain, British Airways or their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

4. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Anglotopia, LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements and guidelines set forth herein.

5. HOW TO ENTER: Participants may enter the Sweepstakes online at http://www.anglotopia.net/british-airways-contest by completing the online entry form. On the online entry form, each Entrant must provide his/her legal name, the address of their legal residence, birth date, and email address.

Limit one (1) online Sweepstakes entry per eligible person.

In the event that more than the stated allowable Entries are received from any one person, the first Entry processed during any single day will be considered the only valid Entry received. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple or different email addresses or identities will void that Entrant’s Entry and that Entrant may be disqualified.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the potential Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry and such individual will be required to comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Incomplete or inaccurate entries, entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will not be accepted and are void.

Each Entrant will be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails for upcoming promotions and information about Anglotopia, LLC or British Airways. Consenting to receive such e-mails is required in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

6. SELECTION OF WINNER/NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Anglotopia, LLC on or before July 5, 2011 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Winner will be notified via email. If any potential Winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within five (5) calendar days of being notified by Anglotopia, LLC, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the Grand Prize and, at discretion of Anglotopia, LLC, an alternate potential Winner may be selected. All decisions of Anglotopia, LLC are final and binding in all respects.

Once a potential Winner has responded to Anglotopia, LLC within five (5) days from notification that they are the Winner, Anglotopia, LLC will send to the Winner, via email, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form. Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date Anglotopia, LLC emails the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form, the Winner will be required to provide to Anglotopia, LLC the following documents: (a) a copy of the front page of a valid United States passport for both the Winner and his/her traveling companion; (b) a copy of a valid driver’s license and/or proof of the address of legal residency for both the Winner and his/her traveling companion; and (c) the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release Form completed and signed by each of the Winner and his/her traveling companion. In the event that Anglotopia, LLC does not receive the foregoing documents on behalf of the Winner and his/her traveling companion within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date Anglotopia, LLC emails the Winner the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form, his/her place as the Winner may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected at Anglotopia, LLC’s sole discretion.

7. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded and shall be comprised of the following:

(a) Two (2) roundtrip economy class tickets for the Winner and one (1) adult companion on British Airways from one of the following British Airways gateway cities in the United States to London, United Kingdom: Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, Newark, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, Washington-Dulles;

(b) Tep Wireless WiFi and cell phone rental;

(c) 1 copy of the TakeTwo Two-for-1 London coupon book;

(d) 1 Small Car Big City Tour;

(e) 1 copy of Rick Steves London Guide;

(f) 2 Oyster cards; and

(g) 2 Heathrow Express tickets from Heathrow Airport to Central London

8. GRAND PRIZE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS:

(a) The Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not described in Paragraph 7 above, including, but not limited to, hotel stay, taxes, fees or any meals not set forth above, gratuities, insurance, personal and hotel incidentals, and any additional transfers and/or ground transportation.

(b) The Winner and his/her travel companion each must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid United States Passport with an expiration date after December 31, 2011.

(c) The Winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must travel before following date: April 30th, 2012. The Winner must provide 45 days lead time before traveling. The Winner and his/her companion are solely responsible for traveling to and from the U.S. airport from which the British Airways flights depart and return. If the Winner and/or his/her travel companion are unable to participate in any part of the Grand Prize, for any reason, including visa restrictions, such potential Winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the Grand Prize.

(d) Once travel documents are issued, neither travel arrangements nor the identity of the persons traveling may be changed without the express written approval of Anglotopia, LLC, which may be withheld for any reason whatsoever.

(e) The Winner and his/her travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and travel insurance and hereby acknowledges that Anglotopia, LLC has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

(f) Anglotopia, LLC shall not be responsible for any cancellation, delay, diversion or substitution, or any act or omission whatsoever by the air carriers, hotel or other transportation companies or any other person providing any of these services and accommodations, including but not limited to any change in services or accommodations necessitated by same.

(g) The Grand Prize may not be transferred or assigned to another person, and may not be exchanged for a different Grand Prize or redeemed for cash or any other consideration. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Anglotopia, LLC, who reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by Anglotopia, LLC in its sole discretion.

(h) The Winner will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on the Grand Prize, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses and insurance associated with Grand Prize acceptance and use not specified herein.

(i) The Winner will be required to provide his/her Social Security number for tax reporting purposes on prizes valued over $600. British Airways will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the value of the Grand Prize.

(j) Anglotopia, LLC makes no, and disclaims, all warranties, guarantees or representations, express or implied, concerning the condition, quality, merchantability, of the Grand Prize.

9. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF GRAND PRIZE: The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is US$3,000 and resale is strictly prohibited. The Grand Prize ARV may vary due to fluctuations in airfares, flight routes and travel dates. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

10. CONDITIONS/RELEASE: By participating, Entrants: (a) release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by Entrant’s participation, including the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize; and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability. In the event Anglotopia, LLC is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Anglotopia, LLC’s control, Anglotopia, LLC shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. Neither Sweepstakes Entities nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant grants to Anglotopia, LLC the right to use Entrant’s name, likeness, picture, address (city and state only), voice, biographical information, and written or oral statements, for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, and/or the institutional promotion of Anglotopia, LLC and/or British Airways.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, Anglotopia, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH AN INDIVIDUAL AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the sole opinion of Anglotopia, LLC, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Anglotopia, LLC reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of any cancellation, termination or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at http://www.anglotopia.net/british-airways-contest and the selection of a Winner may be made from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the termination, cancellation or suspension, as Anglotopia, LLC determines in its sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.

11. DISPUTES: Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or the Grand Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; (c) under no circumstances will an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (d) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and each Entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

12. GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION: All disputes arising hereunder or in relation to the Sweepstakes and/or the Grand Prize, shall be brought solely and exclusively in the United States District Court in Indiana and Entrant hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any defense of inconvenient forum.
