Brit TV: BBC, ITV and Channel 4 Christmas Programming Revealed

After the puddings and the presents get ready to experience the best of the Holidays - Great British Telly!

Tensions are rising in Albert Square, the Royle family return, a new Holiday cast of Strictly Come Dancing, the Doctor faces a new threat and Channel 4 will air the Snowman and the Snowdog a sequel to the 1982 animated The Snowman. And in a show of Holiday cheer the BBC and ITV have avoided a 15 minute clash between the Call the Midwife and Downton Abbey specials – arguably the most anticipated shows of Christmas Day.

Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special – 6:15 PM

  •  JB Gill – member of X-factor group JLS
  •  Sheila Hancock – television presenter
  •  Fabrice Muamba - Bolton Wanderers footballer (who nearly died on the pitch after going into cardiac arrest)
