Occupation Coming to BBCAmerica: It’s Worth Watching

This is by no means a review of the entire show – but a three part miniseries that aired Earlier this summer in the UK about the Iraq war is about to air on BBC America and it’s worth taking the time to watch.

It explores the human consequences of war by telling the personal stories of three British soldiers, who all had different experiences and after affects from their times in Iraq.

It’s powerful, exhilarating, depressing and definitely worth watching. It airs Sunday October 18th at 8PM EST/7PM CST.

It will certainly be controversial to an American audience.

Here’s the trailer:

About jonathan

Jonathan is a consummate Anglophile with an obsession for Britain that borders on psychosis. He keeps Anglotopia running in his spare time, always dreaming of his next trip to England, wishing he lived there - specifically Dorset - and is always trying to figure out a way to move to England.
