YARCOMBE INN - dating back almost 1000 years - has it had it's day? Not if we can help it!!
The final episode in the series trundles into deepest Devon, and a tiny isolated village just over the Somerset border. Can this ancient building be saved for villagers of the future to drink in? We're doing our best, but we need you to see us on TV and then come and see us in person. What a superb idea for a holiday?? In fact, why sin't someone organising a Tour to all the pubs on the programme???

I have just come from a meeting of the committee for the fifth pub in the Save Our Boozer series (we will be added to the January run). After an excellent first month with advice and help from Jay and the team we are still plugging on with it, very hard work and still difficult to find support both to run and use the place. We are sticking with it though!!! Look out for the Yarcombe Inn in future episodes!

Love the blog! Yarcombe is only just over the border in Devon so come and visit us from deepest darkest Dorset sometime!
