No one has captured the public’s interest quite like the late Princess Diana. Had she not died in 1997, she would have turned 50 this year. To honor her lasting legacy, US cable network ReelzChannel is airing an hour long documentary all about “The People’s Princess.”
Diana at 50 is an in depth portrait of Princess Diana painted by those who knew her best, including her butler Paul Burrell and biographer Andrew Morton. The documentary debuts on ReelzChannel Saturday, August 27 at 7:00pm ET. It repeats on August 28 at 6:00pm ET, August 30 at 5:30pm ET and August 31 at 1:00pm ET and 10pm ET. August 31 also marks the 14th anniversary of Princess Diana’s death.
Below you can see a clip from Diana at 50 featuring Paul Burrell. In it, Burrell talks about the night Prince Charles went on television to admit his affair with Camilla Parker Bowles.
