We look for an assurance we will get to LHR ESPECIALLY AS WE MUST DEPART LHR BA 676 AT 1030 SATURDAY 12 JUNE FOR ISTANBUL. We cannot miss this flight to Istanbul beacause we have paid for a tour with Trafalgar for a week, which we will miss without Trafalgar recompense otherwise.
