As you can see, things have been changed round a bit.
This site has grown by leaps and bounds since I started it in June. I have growing traffic and a small loyal following. I never thought this site would be so popular! It’s proof that if you are passionate about something, there surely are people out there who are just as passionate.
My original vision for this site was for it to be a portal for Anglphiles – not just a blog. So, in an effort to move away from the ‘blog’ style format – I’ve upgraded to the Revolution Magazine theme. It’s a magazine style theme that fits in more with how I envisioned the site.
Don’t worry, the ‘blog’ style is not going away and you can still read it here. The homepage is just being organized differently to feature specific content and make it all around easier for people to find interesting British Stuff.
People felt kind of trapped in the old style three column blog I had – it was hard to find older articles and explore the site. Well, now things are going to be categorized and easy to find.
It’s a work in process, so please bear with me while I work out the bugs and get everything looking the way I want. I also welcome any comments you may have.
There are many more exciting features coming to the site, so stayed tuned!

Anglotopia was founded by Jonathan and Jackie Thomas for people who love Britain - whether it's British TV, Culture, History or Travel - we cover it all. Anglotopia was started to get us back to the UK for a trip and it did that in 2009. Now, the goal is for Anglotopia to make our dreams of traveling to the UK whenever we want a reality.
